Contract opportunities
Each year between April and October we have opportunities for experienced external auditors. While we have opportunities outside of these months, this is when the bulk of our client’s financial statements are available for audit.
Our contract staff are seasoned professionals who draw on their expertise to help us deliver on time-critical commitments. It is therefore essential that they demonstrate integrity, professional rigour and a strong focus on outcomes and delivery.
During our busy period you can lodge an online application by performing a Job Search for ‘Contract’ roles and clicking ‘Apply’. If there are no contract roles listed, you can create a profile and be contacted when a role becomes available. Make sure you select ‘yes’ to the question ‘Are you willing and available to be considered for contract roles’ when creating your profile.
If you have previously held a contractor position with the Audit Office, create a profile in our online system and keep it active by updating your availability – we can then contact you as soon as a role becomes available.
