Valued engagement

Inform and drive meaningful change across government

Valued engagement is essential to ensuring our stakeholders are connected, informed, and can derive value from our products and services. We aim to achieve this by maturing our approach to stakeholder engagement and undertaking meaningful collaborations with First Nations communities.

Enhancing our connections with stakeholders will build trust and amplify our impact. Strategic and inclusive engagement will strengthen relationships and help ensure our work delivers tangible value. A more accessible digital presence will support our commitment to openness and accountability.

Alignment with strategic goals

  1. Enhancing stakeholder engagement ensures audits are relevant, impactful, and aligned with public sector needs, driving greater accountability and public value.
  2. Meaningful collaboration, including with First Nations communities, deepens our understanding of stakeholder priorities, challenges, and expectations.
  3. Expanded digital engagement will ensure wider reach, better informing our stakeholders to improve outcomes.
