Diversity, inclusion and accessibility
At the Audit Office, we are committed to a diverse workplace that reflects citizens and communities in New South Wales. By embracing different contributions, perspectives and talents, we create a culture of participation and respect, and increase innovation, creativity and performance.
Our Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility Framework ensures meaningful employment opportunities at the Audit Office for people with diverse cultures, disabilities, genders and backgrounds, as well as identified support for these groups in our community.
Our Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility Roadmap 2021–25 outlines specific focus areas for the period ahead to guide us to a stronger workforce. Our four priority areas are:
- Gender equity
- Disability inclusion
The roadmap outlines short and medium-term objectives, and targets that are meaningful to our organisation. It also helps us measure progress towards broader public sector targets in New South Wales.
