Performance audit consultants and experts panel registration

The purpose of this form is to select suitably qualified and experienced performance auditors to provide performance auditing-related services for the Audit Office of New South Wales, on an as needed basis, as part of a panel arrangement in order to support the work of the performance audit division.

Performance audits determine whether the objectives of public sector entities are being achieved economically, efficiently and effectively and in compliance with all relevant laws. Performance audits may be undertaken in a single entity or across a number of entities and can report directly on the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of government programs, services, functions or activities.

The package size of audit services may range from 50 hours for a specific activity up to 1,000 hours for broader audit services. While suppliers may be appointed from the panel for smaller assignments, larger audit assignments may be offered for tender.
