In response to the 2019–20 bushfires and COVID-19 pandemic, the NSW Government is releasing significant funds through grants aiming to provide emergency support, recovery funding and economic stimulus. An audit in this area could review whether applications are being assessed and funds are being distributed in accordance with program objectives and guidelines.
