Compliance audits are an integral part of financial audits. These audits seek to confirm that specific legislation, directions and regulations have been adhered to by government agencies. We test a representative sample of agencies, and our recommendations often highlight solutions that could be applied across the public sector.  

We are currently reviewing agency compliance with the Government’s Total Asset Management requirements. Later this year we intend reviewing whether agencies are adhering to the Government's electronic procurement requirements.
