Graduate Recruitment Program

This Program is offered to final year accounting students and is advertised on university campuses during April of each year. Representatives of the Office visit most universities in NSW to conduct preliminary interviews with interested students. Appointment to the Program depends on success at a final interview and successful completion of university studies.

The Program offers comprehensive training, excellent progression/promotional opportunities, a competitive remuneration package, full CA/CPA support, flexible work practices, attractive working conditions and the latest in computer technology and audit methodology.

Successful applicants will possess good academic results, well developed oral and written communication skills, the ability to work successfully in a team environment and a keen interest in auditing and the public sector.

School Leaver Recruitment Program

This Program is offered to final year HSC students and details are sent to schools across NSW during August of each year. Under the School Leaver Program, trainees are required to study an accounting degree part-time whilst working on a full-time basis. Appointment to the Program depends on a HSC mark that will allow entry into a recognised accounting degree course.

Benefits of the Program include accounting, auditing and computer skills training, study leave, professional development, flexible work practices, financial assistance for tertiary studies and excellent progression/ promotional opportunities.

Successful applicants will possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, the ability to work successfully in a team environment and a keen interest in accounting.
